24 Everyday Archives

24 Season 1, Episodes 3 – ?

I know I was supposed to post a review after every episode of 24, but the time has not been there for that. Why you ask. Because, like I said, 24 is like crack, one episode is not enough. We are ready to start the last four episodes tomorrow after I am home from work. We basically have watched an entire season in less than a week. I was planning on typing as I watched each episoode, but just didn’t work out too well.

Anyway, at this point, Jack knows the Drazon’s are behind everything and Victor Drazon is alive. Senator Palmer finally holds a press conference and comes clean on his sons involvement with a boys death and the fact that his financial supporters are trying to cover it up. Kim Bauer is in jail after getting caught up in a drug bust. Terry Bauer is being taken back to CTU after being rescued by Tony in her own home.

I will try and post reviews later for the episodes we have watched.

24 Season #1 (Episodes 1&2)

The 24 Everyday schedule started tonight. We watched episodes 1 &2 of season 1. It is really neat how much the looks of Keifer Sutherland, and a couple of others that are still in the series, have changed. Jack looks much younger as does Tony and Kim. However, watching these episodes reminds me of why I was hooked immediately on 24 like it was crack. Like a crack addict, I just can’t stop at one.

Another item noted, was how much more “techie” everything became overtime with the series. Season 1 makes me feel like I went from plasma to black and white analog TV. The cell phones, the computer screens etc., look really dated compared to Season 7. However eight years is alot in real world technology, so I guess it is expected. However, I think it is more about constant improvement to the realism of the show.
