Not too much going on this weekend or the whole week actually.

At work, the Phoenix fielding is still taking place and everyone seems to be happy with the equipment and the fielding itself.

Some really cool equipment hitting the streets right now and any serious communicator should be like a kid in a candy store.

There is not much else at work, just the usual, getting Marines ready to do what Marines do best.

On the family front, the friends who were staying with us finally left. Kim is already missing them. Me I welcome the peace and quite.

Squidoo and Focus Marketing Seminars

The last couple of days I have been tooling around qith Squidoo.

I have had a lens or two at Squidoo since 2006, but never really did anything with them.

I logged in the other day and seen where I had a few comments pending and had a few visitors over the last week for a lens I haven’t even updated in about 120 days.

That said I think I am going to be tooling around with it some more after I read up on some materials I have regarding using Squidoo.

Guests, Grades and Running Fat

Another week down and anther coming up.

This week has been a little busy. We have friends staying with us until the middle of next week, so the house is a little busy, noisy and crowded. Which for those that know me, I don’t deal with very well.

So I am tucked away here in my little office space for a while and then will be taking Gannon out to mess around and spend some quality father and son time together.

Father’s Day

Today I woke to a very wonderful Father’s Day. The weather is good, the kids are happy and most of all, Momma’s happy.

I received the new Will Ferrel movie and a new wallet along with some very nice cards from Kim and the boys. Now I really needed this new wallet, my old one was literally falling apart.

So I sit here now waiting for some files to finish transfering and I wonder how I ever made it this far in life without a father. It seems I am involved with my kids every step of the way in their life. Although not as much as I like to be involved because of work, but none the less I am involved.

Rhino Articles

Alright, so now that I nearly have everything situated for Rhinoarticles.com, I have the plan put together for Phase 2, which is adding a paid membership. The paid membership will add many more features to the directory allowing members to optimize their articles that much more with images, video, audio and more.

Twitter

Just joined Twitter this evening. Seems to be a neat site.

Doing finishing touches on the project plan for the new additions I will be adding to Rhino Articles in a couple months.

Other than that…nothing else right now.

So this week, I decided to give some of my websites and overhaul as well as change up some strategies to drive more traffic to them.  Only a little time will tell if it works out.

We have also made a break through with the new website and are on the downhill slope. Be assured that this will be a great tool for anyone looking to have a residual form of fundraising for their organization or just to make some cash on the side.

Another week goes by wth very little to say.

Having friends over this afternoon and will be cooking on the grill. This is one of my favorite things, cooking on the grill means I get to drink beer! Nothing like working around explosive gas and fire while drinking alcholic beverages :)

Gannon’s school band took a trip to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA and really enjoyed themselves. Gavin and I stayed back and hung out together. We went to the McDonalds playground, played with a train set at Books-A-Million and took a trip to Wal-Mart.
