Gannon’s soccer team finally found the game they have been waiting for. This was probably the best game I have seen since he began playing soccer a few years ago. It was a 2-1 vicotry for the other team, but it was a hard fought win for them.
The first half was scoreless for both teams. After the half though the other team struck first. contrary to the thoughts on the sideline, that the goal would bring our kids down, our team did not let this happen. The strikers scored within about 1 minute of resuming play. They answered and answered loudly.

Gannon’s soccer game yesterday was a success, at least for his team. The final score was 6-2.
His team is undefeated and has one game left in regular season. It figures though that the last game would be against the only other undefeated team and it is the same team that beat them 3-1 in a scrimmage game in the pre-season. His team is much better than they where then, but I am sure the other team is as well. They will do fine though.
Talked with my half-sister Emma today. John and her are doing fine as are their kids and grandkids.

After tinkering around with various forms of blogs and trying to get something going to keep family and friends updated, we finally have it.
To bring everyone up to speed, I have been back from Iraq since mid-August.
Please dont be offended if I haven’t contacted you because my focus is on
sending time with family right now. I have also been busy with other endeavors
and working to expand the Brochin.net portfolio of projects, which I will bring
you up to speed on later in this post.
