Dan Carrison, who served in the US Marine Corps Reserve from 1965–1970 and is
co-founder of Semper Fi Consulting, is a nationally recognized speaker, a writer and has
been a sales executive for over 20 years. Dan has taken his & Rod Walsh's leadership
message to countless audiences of business executives and government officials.
Dan received a BA in English Literature (cum laude) from the University of California.
Rod Walsh, US Marine (1963-1966) and co-founder of Semper Fi Consulting, is a professional speaker,
former Congressional candidate and has been president of Blue Chip Inventory Service since
1970. Rod presents his & Dan Carrison's leadership message to audiences of business executives
and government officials around the country. Rod received a BS in Business Administration
from California State University and earned his MBA at Pepperdine University.
Dan and Rod are the co-authors of Semper Fi: Business Leadership the Marine Corps
Way and Mission Ready a monthly Leadership Newsletter. Before writing Semper Fi,
Rod and Dan wrote a current events newspaper column, Rosie's Bar & Grill, which was
